Brief Introduction 
 

  1. National Secretary of  Bharatiya Janata Party.
  2. MLA (Rajouri Garden) since February 2025.
  3. Minister of Industries, Food & Supplies and Environment, Forest & Wild Life (Government of NCT of Delhi) since February 2025.
  4. Former MLA, Rajouri Garden (Delhi Assembly) from April 2017 to January 2020.
  5.  Former President of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee since March 2019 to November 2021.    
  6. Longest Serving General Secretary and Administrator (DSGMC), Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (from 2013 to February 2019) is custodian of all the historical Gurdwaras in Delhi.
  7. Former MCD Councilor (Punjabi Bagh from 2007 to 2012).
  8. During Corona Pandemic, when people afraid to leave their houses, S. Manjinder Singh Sirsa and his team without fearing risk to their lives, extended extra-ordinary humanitarian services by providing Langar to around 2 lakh needy people daily.  In addition, S. Manjinder Singh Sirsa provided free oxygen, essential medicines to the needy.  With his untiring efforts, he established a 400-bedded Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Covid Care Centre at Lakhi Shah Vanjara Hall, Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib, New Delhi in the record short time where free treatment, medicines and Langar were provided to the patients. To cope with acute shortage of oxygen supply during the Covid pandemic in the country, two oxygen concentrating plants at Gurdwara Bala Sahib, New Delhi were established and provided free oxygen and also provided oxygen concentrators for in-house patients. As President, he started free ambulance service during the Corona Pandemic period. He got ready 24 well equipped ambulances in different parts of Delhi that provided 24x7 services to the needy people.  S. Manjinder Singh Sirsa also established a 125-bed General Hospital equipped with world class equipment at Gurdwara Bala Sahib, New Delhi.  These services under the leadership of S. Manjinder Singh Sirsa, were widely commended by national, international media and Delhi Police.  He proved himself as a true corona warrior.
  9. During his tenure as President, he achieved a milestone by establishing an MRI centre with world class equipment at Gurdwara Bangla Sahib where MRI and CTScan tests are done at Rs.50 only. He also opened Kidney Dialysis Hospital at Gurdwara Bala Sahib, New Delhi where there is NO BILLING COUNTER. Thousands of people are taking benefits of these facilities. To provide medicines at cheaper rates, branches of Bala Pritam Dawakhana were opened in Delhi including Gurdwara Bangla Sahib where medicines are provided at 'No profit No Loss' basis.
  10. He always comes forward in providing help to the  people in distress by providing ration, Langar, medicines and essential commodities in any part of the country whether it was flood in Chennai and Jammu & Kashmir or earthquake in Bhuj, Gujarat and Nepal.
  11. He has been blessed with exceptional ability and experience of handling multi-faceted business activities and organizing HRD.  He is a result-oriented person.
  12. He studied graduation from SGTB Khalsa College, Delhi University.
